The Clerk of the Legislative Council and Clerk Assistant of Tynwald (Mrs M Cullen) assists the President in the Legislative Council in organising the business of the Council, advises on procedure and is responsible for maintaining a record of the proceedings of that Branch.
The Council of Ministers consists of the Chief Minister and nine Ministers and is primarily responsible for the formulation and implementation of Government policy.
