		Lehman said there are people using property for agricultural purposes but their tax is residential and they can state their case as to why it should be agricultural again.
		She said that township clerks need to keep in mind that their statement they are supposed to file at the end of the year needs to be filed by September 30th with the Auditor.
		Lehman said that in most cases farmers owning agricultural land own to the middle of the road, but in some cases when people zone their land residential the County asks an applicant to give up right-of-way, changing the description.

		C.L., farmer, P.O. Lehman, was born January 12, 1854, a son of J.O. and Augusta (WESLEY) IDE, the former born in Lehman township, the latter in Ross.
		J.O. is a son of Nehemiah IDE, who was born in Stockbridge, Mass., and came to this county about 1800, locating in Lehman township, where he took up a farm of 800 acres which yielded rich harvests to the labors of his six sturdy sons, who were yeomen not to be found in every township.
		About 1800 he moved to Lehman township, this county, with his family of six sons, and sturdy boys they were too, making good citizens and honest farmers who helped to make the township of Lehman what it is. He died in 1822 at the age of sixty-one.
