  Lendava (Municipality, Slovenia)
The bilingual municipality of Lendava (in Hungarian, Lendva) is located in the far north-west of Slovenia, in a region called Prekmurje ("over the Mura river").
The coat of arms and flag of Lendava are prescribed by Decision Odlok o grbu in zastavi Občine Lendava, adopted on 12 September 1996, and published in the official Slovene gazette Uradni list Republike Slovenije 96/54 on 27 November 1996, with effect on 4 October 1996.
The flag of the municipality of Lendava is made in proportion 1:3 (width:height).

On 27th January 2007, the directors of Nafta Lendava, Eko Nafta, Nafta Biodizel and the Austrian firm CMB Maschinenbau with their representative Hypo Alpe Adria Bank signed a loan contract for the purpose of financing the building of a plant for the production of biodiesel in Nafta Lendava, worth 15,4 million EUR.
