First of all, the large amusement park in Leopoldstadt is called Wurstlprater, not Würstlprater (i e no umlaut).
Sonnenfels against extempore comedy and burlesque Hanswurst plays led to the introduction of censorship by Maria Theresia, but the Hanswurst characters remained popular with Viennese audiences until the 19th century (F. Raimund, J. Nestroy).
It's purely commercial: an advertisement for a "studio apartment" for two which is for rent in Leopoldstadt at a rate of 350€ per week.
