		When you have a good fit and the lexan is spaced out to the final position, find the mark and locate the lexan side to side.
		Drill these two holes on the bottom and top of the lexan and make sure the lexan is located correctly and insert bolts in these four locations with a lock washer and nut, tighten, snug fit.

		I do not know about the glue for Lexan, but I did not go to any great extent to build by "dust collector." Someone else on the list recommended getting a reducer for a shop vac hose and duct taping it to the exit side of the beveler.
		I used Lexan, and found this cyanoacrylate glue that was formulated specifically for Lexan and other plastics.
		They use it all the time on the RC car bodies, which are made of Lexan.

		Lexan by itself is a good enough protector of UV, but it needs to be installed the right way round (I believe).
		If the lexan is in backward you will get discoloration (over some time period), if it is mounted correctly you won't.
		Jun 15 2005, 05:01 PM If it is the wrong way round, the UV will be absorbed by the Lexan instead of the UV filter stuck to the side of it, and this yellows the Lexan over time.
