Liaoning Technical University (辽宁工程技术大学;pinyin: Liáonínggōngchéngjìshùdàxué) is a university in Liaoning, China under the provincial government.
Liaoning Technical Unibersity is one of the national key universities and was founded before the birth of new China.
The university has 190 professors, 310 associate professors, 128 senior lecturers and 130 doctors or studying for doctorate, in addition, lots of teachers were well-established as provincial and ministerial century-crossing academic leaders and distinguished talents.

HPU President Chatt Wright and Liaoning University President Cheng Wei signed the agreement Sept. 27 with a China delegation to the HPU campus in downtown Honolulu.

A delegation visited Wintec last week to sign the agreement for students from Liaoning University, one of the largest in China and a highly rated government recognised institution, to undertake a twinning arrangement of two years in China followed by two years at Wintec in our Bachelor of Business degree programme.
Liaoning University is keen to work with Wintec to ensure the students' English language and other skills are sufficiently high to enable them to go straight into the degree programme when they arrive in Hamilton.
It is anticipated that Wintec tutors will visit Liaoning University to guest lecture in order to give the students a taste of New Zealand teaching during the first two years of their programme in China.

On Wednesday, the University hosted a graduation ceremony for MBA and MPA students whose studies at Jordanstown were funded by the Liaoning Provincial Financial Bureau.
Both expressed great satisfaction with the way in which educational links between the University and Liaoning were developing, and paid tribute to the quality of the education their young people received from UU.
