Libretti nonetheless insists that the criminal forfeiture for which §853 provides is not "simply" an aspect of sentencing, but is, in essence, a hybrid that shares elements of both a substantive charge and a punishment imposed for criminal activity.
Libretti's plea agreement correctly recognized that the District Court was not bound by the parties' agreement as to the appropriate sentence: "[T]he sentencing judge is neither a party to nor bound by this plea agreement and is free to impose whatever sentence he feels is justified." App.
Libretti's responses made clear that he fully understood the nature and consequences of his guilty plea and was prepared to be sentenced in accordance with the plea agreement.

Libretto - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Libretti for operas, oratorios, and cantatas in the 17th and 18th centuries generally were written by someone other than the composer, often a well-known poet.
Eugène Scribe was one of the most prolific librettists of the 19th century, providing the words for works by Meyerbeer (with whom he had a lasting collaboration), Auber, Bellini, Donizetti, Rossini and Verdi.

Libretti's motion in the district court for return of this account asserted that the seizure of the account was invalid solely because of a numerical error in the final order of forfeiture: one digit of the ten-digit account number of the seized account varied from the R.A.F. account number listed in the order.

 02-8018 -- Libretti v. Wyoming Attorney General -- 02/19/2003
Libretti maintains that, because the $19,000 was not itemized in the criminal forfeiture ordered against him on December 23, 1992, he did not forfeit this amount.
Libretti also alleges that he did not know that the $19,000 had been turned over to the DCI when he entered into the plea agreement and therefore did not forfeit his right to that money in that agreement.
Concluding that Libretti's appeal is frivolous, we AFFIRM the judgment of the district court.

XZoem is an abbreviation for XZoemonostichomythicmultipartwriting: one line drawn and redrawn over seemingly infinite territory to produce a piece of simultaneity, eliminating the hierarchy of multilinear and modernist prose poetics.
Personally, I prefer to term 'cantata.' We understand that XZentrick Libretti is now experimenting with forms such as pagoda, which promise something quite different from the regular run of stanzaic verse, free verse and prose poems.
A repertoire of XZoemonostichomythicmultipartwriting was started by XZentrick Libretti, whose 'Piece in 950 Parts' (2003) has been expanded to well over three thousand stanza and cantata-like parts.

Other Stein libretti include Doctor Faustus Lights the Lights (1938), which was commissioned by eccentric English composer Lord Berners, who unfortunately did not go on to create a score for it.
