Team Oregon based in the Portland-Metro area is one of the oldest and largest bicycle racing teams in the state and a member of the Oregon Bicycle Racing Association (OBRA).
The mission of Team Oregon is dedicated to the development of cyclists at all levels, categories, ages, and abilities who strive to improve themselves in both racing and life by dedication, determination, commitment, and the grass-root's spirit that has remained the core and definition of our organization.
There is no required amount of racing or event participation, but when attending team functions, cycling events, or OBRA sanctioned races team members are requested to attend in a team jersey and/or kit.

The race is live from beginning to end, with Martin and his teammates switching off every hour or so as they race 24x7 for some 3,047 miles.
