While the development of our first patch is still in progress, I can reveal a few more details about it.
The mining base now has blue windows and a lightmap.
The agricultural and pleasure planets have clouds like New Detroit, and the old luxury/natural goods cargo container was replaced with a new version created by Zeog.

This also has the unfortunate side effect of making them less and less interesting to talk about.
I added a few gravy features to the HUD so that Dave can work his magic, fixed a few lightmap problems that have been plaguing us since the beginning of time, and fixed a couple dozen miscellaneous bugs.
One cool thing I did was allow the designers script control over the damaging of specific sections in a model.

Because we need walktest to recalculate lightmaps for us (since this is a new map), we need to use the -relight command.
This will give us a lightmap cache that we can reuse later.
We'll also run -verbose to printout lots of debug info should we need it.
