Lillian Marie Bounds (born February 15, 1899 in Spalding, Idaho; died December 16, 1997 from a stroke at the age of 98 in West Los Angeles, California) was the wife of Walt Disney (December 5, 1901 – December 15, 1966) from 1925 until his death.
She is aunt of Roy Edward Disney and grandmother to Chris Miller, Joanna Miller, Tamara Scheer, Jennifer Miller-Goff, Walter Elias Disney Miller, Ronald Miller and Victoria Brown.
In 1987, Lillian Disney pledged $50,000,000 USD towards the construction of a new home for the L.A. Philharmonic.

Lillian Disney devoted a lot of her time after Walt died to pursuing CalArts and organized hundreds of fund raising events for the university in her late husband's honor (as well as funding the Walt Disney Symphony Hall).

Lillian Disney, the widow of legendary animator and filmmaker Walt Disney, died peacefully in her sleep on Tuesday December 16th 1997 at her home in West Los Angeles at the age of 98 following a stroke she suffered early in the morning of December 15th.
She was born Lillian Bounds on an Indian Reservation in Spalding, Idaho in 1899 as the tenth and last child of Jeanette Short Bounds and Willard Pehall Bounds, Lillian grew up in Lapwai, Idaho on the Nez Perce Indian Reservation.
Disney was a full-time partner to Walt and we are all grateful for her contributions in the creation of Mickey Mouse and the Disney company and for the example she set for family life and community service.
