		Blair called on the many upstanding fl leaders and parents to take on the gang culture: “The fl community—the vast majority of whom in these communities are decent, law-abiding people horrified at what is happening—need to be mobilized in denunciation of this gang culture that is killing innocent young fl kids.”
		Blair also recognized in his speech that stronger policing is the best solution to violent crime.
