		I've heard much aplomb about lip syncing and a program for Lightwave called Lip Service and it's quick way of morphing targets and creating some quality results.
		I hear a big advantage of Lip Seervice is it's 'performance group' where by moving your mouse you can select other morph targets that belnd in while your character is speaking (say if you have one ear down for one morph, it will blend that movement while your character speaks)
		I tried Lip Service a few years ago, and it was only somewhat better than the crappy lip sync tools in LW at the time.
