The anti-dam sentiment was shared by many Australians outside Tasmania, and proved a factor in the election of the Hawke Labor government in 1983, which halted construction of the dam.
They do have a team (the Tasmanian Devils) in the VFL (Victorian league), and a team in the national league is a popular topic among supporters as well as the state government (one of the potential sponsors of such a team).

Postcodes in electoral divisions (2003 electoral boundaries)
Where a postcode boundary was found to cross electoral division boundaries, a percentage was calculated to show the proportion of the total postcode population that is located in each electoral division.
It should be noted the boundaries for the electoral divisions and the postcodes are what the Australian Bureau of Statistics refers to as Census derived boundaries, that is boundaries made up by fitting CCDs as closely as possible to the true electoral division and postcode boundaries.
To compensate for this, a list of these missing postcodes has been generated and the postcodes allocated to electoral divisions using a map overlay method.

A child under 18 years of age loses Australian citizenship if his/her responsible parent or guardian ceases to be an Australian citizen, and o he/she possesses another citizenship at the time, and o his/her other responsible parent is not an Australian citizen at the time.
Should you lose Australian citizenship before your 18th birthday, as a result of a responsible parent ceasing to be an Australian citizen, you can, within one year after your 18th birthday (or later if special circumstances apply), make a declaration that you wish to resume Australian citizenship on the date the declaration is registered.
This leads to an important question, which is what happens when Australian parents have a child in a country that does not confer citizenship automatically on the child and do not register the birth.
