The Austrian federal states of Carinthia and Styria are home to a significant (indigenous) Slovenian minority with around 14,000 members (official census; inofficial numbers of Slovene organisations speak of about 40,000).

All I ask is that writer alert his or her email list with the url of the blog and inviting him/her to go read the backstory.
Writers, especially, and the decision makers who can make a difference in the level of success that women writers attain in both the literary canon and the marketplace: editors, agents, and, most of all, readers.
I would also say specifically the women writers and journalists who are so slammed by the crappy pay and the struggle to get freelance gigs/agents/ attention/published that they haven't had time to pay much attention too the fact that their lack of a decent paycheck is institutionalized.
