The Royal Canadian Mounted Police (RCMP or Mounties;) is both the federal police force and the national police of Canada.
On February 1, 1920, the RNWMP was merged with the Dominion Police and was renamed the Royal Canadian Mounted Police, with responsibility for federal law enforcement in all provinces and territories.
Canadians also poke fun at the RCMP with Dave Broadfoot and his faithful dog Cuddles in various sketches produced by the Royal Canadian Air Farce comedy troupe.

Where things get fuzzy is that the monarch acts solely on the advice of Her Privvy Council, which is made up of all living Cabinet Ministers (including those from past governments), all chief justices, all governors general and headed by the current Prime Minister of the House of Commons.
There is another way to remove the monarch by simply failing to have the Privy Council recognise the new monarch after the death of the previous Monarch, but that would have to be agreed to be a majority of the Privy Council.
In fact, the Canadian senate rejected the criminalisation of Abortion that was passed by the House of Commons in 1991.

My suspicion is that there is something wrong with the President's cognitive faculties, be it from indulging in alcohol currently to self medicating to long term damage from his wilder days of his "youth" catching up with him when combined with the stress of the office he holds.
There was a basic political science analysis done years ago of the Presidents and it assessed whether they were confident, happy, outgoing, comfortable in their own skin or insecure, unhappy, full of piss and vinegar and uncomfortable with people.
When applied to the Presidents who have served, and when a basic assessment of their personality types was done, it showed that the most successful ones exhibited the positive traits.
