		1978-81 Amtmand Bodil Norup Panild, County of Vestsjælland (Denmark)
		Bodil Panild was civil servant in the County of Viborg 1972-78 and was married to former Judge in the Supreme Court, Henning Funch Jensen.
		She acted as interim governor for a week until the newly elected governor was sworn in and afterwards continued as state senator.

	Marshall History
		Marshall County, covering an area of 1,675 square miles, is situated in the northwestern part of Minnesota bordering on the Red River of the North.
		The county is bounded on the north by Kittson and Roseau counties, on the east by Beltrami.County, on the south by Polk and Pennington counties, and on the west by the Red River which separates it from North Dakota.
		The act to establish the county in 1879 directed the governor to appoint three qualified electors to serve as a board of county commissioners which was given authority to appoint all county officers, except the clerk of the district court, who was to be appointed by the judge of that court.

		The Governors Ethanol Coalition (GEC) has released a set of recommendations for the support of the development of ethanol from new biomass feedstocks and for the support of the proposed National Renewable Fuels Security Standard.
		The issue of whether or not ethanol production has a positive or negative net energy balance—i.e., whether or not more energy is used to grow and process the raw material into ethanol than is contained in the ethanol itself—has raged on for decades, with papers and studies flying back and forth across the divide.

		Initially, in New Sweden, Sven was stationed at the Fort Christina plantation, where he was found in 1644 working on the New Sweden tobacco farm.
		Being a freeman in New Sweden was like being a peasant under the tyrannical rule of Governor Johan Printz.
		Sven was a justice on the Upland Court, 1681-1682 and served in the Pennsylvania Assembly in 1683.

		In 1769, he became a court agent for Prince William IX of Hesse-Kassel, who was the grandson of George II of England, a cousin to George III, a nephew of the King of Denmark, and a brother- in-law to the King of Sweden.
		Among its members were Governor DeWitt Clinton, Horace Greeley(politician and editor of the New York Daily Tribune), Charles Dana, and Clinton Roosevelt(the ancestor of Franklin D. Roosevelt).
		They were later joined by Sweden, Austria, and in 1813, Prussia joined the coalition to end the siege of Europe, and to "assure its future peace by the re-establishment of a just equilibrium of the powers." In 1814, the coalition defeated France, and in March of that year, marched into Paris.
