 Divine name in NT
The Tetragrammaton is transliterated with the Greek letters "IAO." He then gives evidence that when later Christians translated the Tetragrammaton as either KYRIOS or THEOS, they abbreviated these surrogates by writing only their first and last letters and by placing a line over them to denote a sacred name.
Howard says: "Since the Tetragram was still written in the copies of the Greek Bible which made up the Scriptures of the Early church, it is reasonable to believe that the NT writers, when quoting from Scripture, preserved the Tetragram within the biblical text...
I feel the Hebrew Scriptures could be a guide in many passages where the Greek Scriptures quote the O.T. In addition to quotes where phrases such as the tautological "Lord God" (KURIOS THEOS) or "the angel of the Lord" and similar indications occur we would understand the reference would be to YHWH and not KURIOS.

 The 12dicts Word Lists
The other list, the 2of12 list, is more inclusive in that it includes words listed in as few as two of the source dictionaries, but less inclusive in that it excludes items of various sorts, including multiword phrases, proper names and abbreviations.
As indicated, both lists have been augmented with words (and, in the case of the 6of12 list, phrases) which fail to meet the formal requirements for inclusion.
Because these two lists have the same rules for the kinds of words included, one could easily combine the two to produce a slightly larger list including a number of words whose omission from 6of12 is rather surprising.

 KYRIE : Encyclopedia Entry
Kyrie is the vocative case of the Greek word κύριος (kyrios - lord) and means O Lord; it is the name of an important prayer of Christian liturgy.
Though today usually recited in the vernacular, the traditional form of the Kyrie in Western Christianity is a transliteration of the Greek prayer into Latin, and is used in this form in Latin-language Masses.
Note that the final line is nearly always modified somewhat; in some cases this may be because it leads into the Gloria better.

Given the park wedding scenario illustrated in the previous segment, we saw that, as it pertains to "indefinite" expressions, conveying LITERAL Greek thought in English leaves a bit to be desired.

Temporal Deixis of the Greek Verb in the Gospel of Mark in Light of Verbal Aspect
The series does not assume that biblical Greek is a distinct dialect within the larger world of koine: on the contrary, the assumption is that biblical Greek is part and parcel of the Hellenistic Greek that dominated the Mediterranean world from about 300 BC to AD 300.
Decker's study of the temporal deixis of the Greek verb is important for students beginning to study verbal aspect in the Greek New Testament and for those who have been involved in the renewed discussion of this topic over the past decade.
The implications for temporal reference in the Greek of the NT were of particular interest to me. These factors later led to a dissertation proposal on that very topic.

I have included in the vocabulary a few late Greek renderings of Latin words such as the names of the Roman magistracies, but have signified in each case that the word lies outside the sphere of classical Attic.
I have not drawn upon Xenophon to any large extent, because his style is unfortunately vitiated by the admission of many un-Attic elements, and is therefore not a safe guide for budding composers.
This means that the word [Greek omitted] appears both in Prose and Verse, but its use in the latter is restricted to three passages.
