In deference to the much needed reprinting of this valuable resource, I removed my webcopies of selections of Wendell H. Rone, Sr.'s An Historical Atlas of Kentucky and her Counties (Owensboro, Ky.: Progress Printing Co., 1965).
Jackie Couture, Library Assistant, Special Collections and Archives at Eastern Kentucky University, created this table of Kentucky counties, the dates they were formed, their parent counties, and amount of records loss for each county over the years.
The table is in Adobe Acrobat portable document format (.pdf), which requires Adobe Acrobat Reader software.
