They are a mixture of a game of skill, a game of chance and a game of strategy, which results in a simulation of a complex structure (like a stock exchange, or civilization flux).

The list comes from the Free60 Project: which has the aim of porting GNU/Linux and Darwin to the Xbox 360.
You may not want to screw with games, but there are 10 other joes waiting in line that will use modding to take advantage of any exploit they can and mod a game for cheating.
That list probably has hackers slobering all over themselves for a chance to be the guy who cracks this.

If a game is in the game list and marked commercial, even though the source is available, that means that the data files still need to be legally obtained.
Besides this, if it were released as a commercial boxed game, the people releasing it would _probably_ be putting the nail in their own coffins, as the game already works at an average level in some windows emulation software.
Run "game --help" to find out what it is. Check out any config files you can find stored in locations mentioned in the Game Queries section.
