 Video Game Music in General (whats the best)
Personally my favorite video game music of all time is a tie between the intro song to the NES game G.I. Joe and the NES game Rambo.
The themes from that game are so timeless and intricate that a tribute project called Relics of the Chozo (available free, google for it) came to life, and contains some incredible material.
I was doing some research on video game music on g4's website and found out that the goofy guy tommy who hosts JUDGEMENT DAY is one of the most highly respected composers for video game music today.

THe music for Final Fantasy never really did it to me, must be because it was written in major, and my ear rejects major for the most part haha...no offence, its really great stuff, just too, MAJOR...haha...
The music in the second Streets of Rage is SUPERB, as is pretty much anything else Yuzo Koshiro has ever been involved in (Story of Thor, Shenmue (which has one of he most stunning video game soundtracks EVER))
My favorite video game song of all time is "To Zanarkand" from FFX (the haunting piano piece that plays during the intro).

The music in "Earthbound" when you are riding in the bus with the traveling blues band.

A very basic minesweeper, hunt the wumpus clone.
While the Database is a member of the family of consoles that includes the Acetronic, Fountain, Hanimex, Prinztronic, VC4000 etc. the Database has some titles unique to it.

i love the starlight zone music, the deep sound of he seccond level is awsome ow and the final boss stage is sweeeeeeet!

Sega Megadrive: Gunstar Heroes, Light Crusader, Phantasy Star 2, Shining In The Darkness, Streets Of Rage 3, Toejam and Earl In Panic On Funkotron.
The Sega Megadrive section has had 45 games added, the Sega MegaCD section has had 33 extra games, the SNES has had 70 extra games and the Commodore 64 has 40 games added.
A few Megadrive and SNES games have been added, along with the very rare Snatcher by Konami.

Which loaded part of the music into the saturns ram and remixed it every time you replayed a level so you never hear the same music twice.
