It might be better to change it to President of the United Spades, Armenia, the World, people who have claimed to be president (of a non-existant country), etc. however as I'm not the author of the article there's not much I can do.
Would it be better to keep the random list as it is, and ignore actual former presidents, or would it be better to have real former presidents be the list.
I made a template that lists all the presidents with pictures (if there were any; anyone without a picture has Image:whatshisname.jpg for the picture), although if this were to be used it would also have to be protected.
