Saskatchewan is (approximately) a quadrilateral bounded on the west by Alberta, on the north by the Northwest Territories, on the east by Manitoba, and on the south by the American states of Montana and North Dakota.
Saskatchewan has the same form of government as the other Canadian provinces with a Lieutenant-Governor (who is the representative of the Crown), premier, and a unicameral legislature.
The Saskatchewan Liberal Party was the province's main centrist party for several decades early in Saskatchewan's existence, ruling from 1905–29 and from 1934–44.

Following a "name the school division" competition, "Saskatchewan Rivers School Division", submitted by one of our students, was chosen.
Our schools are located in the City of Prince Albert, as well as in rural areas in all four directions from the city, ranging from Big River to Shell Lake to MacDowall to St. Louis to Kinistino to Meath Park to Christopher Lake, and all points in between; 35 schools in total.
