There's me thinking its just a 10K it will be OK, I have done Hundreds of these over the years, How wrong was I. This 10k race was one of the most hardest and toughest races of this distance I have ever done.
It really is a good race to do, the course is fast, the atmosphere is good with all standards running and the medal is not bad too, hopefully I will be back next year with a more normal pre race build up.
Pam and I decided to add another to the list and paid a visit to the Welsh Capital to run the City of Cardiff 10K which boasts a finishing line within the Millennium Stadium.
