T’ai Chi was passed on to and refined by further generations of the Chen family but deliberately kept within the area of Chen’s village until the early 19th century when Yang Luchan learned Chen style T’ai Chi while employed in the Chen household.

Master Jou was truely a Master of Tai Chi because he was very willing to expose his vulnerablities and weaknesses to teach others how to be powerfully human.
He introduced many people to the concept that tai chi was more than a form, but an entire system of development.
Maybe two stars is a bit too harsh, but this is a work for students who have a good solid understanding of at least one style of Tai Chi, and are mature enough to consider the points critically without accepting Master Jou's word as gospel.
