Russian Navy - If it were at full strength, it would boast one aircraft carrier, 3 cruisers, 30 destroyers, and 90 submarines, plus a few very large battlecruisers.
However, given the state of the Russian economy, the aircraft carrier is without its air wing, many submarines are rusting in harbor, and the cruisers/battlecruisers are thought to be inoperable.
The role of the Indian Navy is in a Other position for possible wars against Pakistan, although the existence of a carrier provides some power projection and international prestige.

After a difficult struggle against progressive flooding, the carrier capsized and sank on 14 November 1941.¹ Her exact location remained unknown until mid-December 2002 when the BBC announced that a film crew had located the wreck in 3,500 feet of water some 30 miles off Gibraltar.
