Birth rate - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
In demography, the crude birth rate of a population is the number of childbirths per 1000 persons per year.
Birth rate is also sometimes used to refer to the projected average number of children born to each woman over the course of her life.
Birth rates tend to be higher in less economically developed countries and lower in richer ones.

An excess of persons entering the country is referred to as net immigration (e.g., 3.56 migrants/1,000 population); an excess of persons leaving the country as net emigration (e.g., -9.26 migrants/1,000 population).

If you're on the list by mistake then they should take you off, if you're not on it by mistake, then they shouldn't let you fly, since after all, that seems to be the point of the list.
What's frustrating is that the no-fly list only takes into account first and last name, not middle name, date of birth, social security number, passport number, etc. So everyone with his first and last name (it's a very common name) is supposedly on the no-fly list.

Thus, for example, a 1982 study from southern Brazil reported an overall infant mortality rate of 38.1 per 1,000 live births, an IUGR rate of 9.0 percent, and a preterm birth rate of 6.3 percent.
In Bangladesh, on the other hand, a 1993-1996 study reported an infant mortality rate of 107.3 per 1,000, and IUGR and preterm birth rates of 69.2 and 17.1 percent, respectively (Arifeen, 1997).
A true smaller increase in preterm birth appears to be associated with increasing obstetric intervention (induction and cesarean section), multiple gestation (secondary to treatment of infertility), and demographic changes (older maternal age, more unmarried mothers) (Joseph et al., 1998; Kramer et al., 1998; Demissie et al., 2001).
