  Bodenseesender - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
The Bodenseesender (transmitter of Lake Constance) is a radio transmission facility of SWR (until 1998 SWF) near Messkirch-Rohrdorf in Southern Germany for mediumwave (and until 2004 also for shortwave) established in 1964.
At the construction of this mast, the length of the guys were chosen in such way, that they do not disturb the radiation pattern when grounded at the ancre bloc]s and - without the guy on the lowest level - do not have any separation insulators.
Until October 19th, 2004 there was a shortwave transmitter on the site of the Bodenseesender, which was used to transmit the program of SWR 3 on 7265 kHz.
