Also, there's a separate list for the cats in the musical CATS that are not in OP's Book of Practical Cats.
Due to the fact that listing them in order of appearance makes little sense to me as the order listed by appearance is currently inaccurate anyway, the listing has been modified to be alphabetical which is, while boring, a bit easier to look up cats.
Cat "titles" (such as in Macavity: The Mystery Cat) have been removed for consistency as in the book, cats have many different titles/nicknames which seem unimportant to list.
