The forms of foreign travel passports and documents substitutes and the data, to be contained therein, shall be approved by the Minister of The Interior and the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
The foreign travel passport of a Bulgarian citizen or of a person deprived of Bulgarian citizenship shall be returned to the diplomatic or consular office of the PR Bulgaria in the respective country, which shall send it to "Foreign travel Passports" Department of the Ministry of The Interior.
A Bulgarian citizen staying temporarily abroad, whose foreign travel passport is damaged, destroyed or lost, shall return to the country with a travellers' certificate (passavant) issued by the diplomatic or consular office of the PR Bulgaria in the respective country.

The main characteristic features of the collection of deputy foreign ministers' meetings are outlined, such as the role and function of this forum in the mechanisms of the Warsaw Pact's foreign policy coordination, the publicity, the frequency, the venues and the participants of the meetings.
This was the point at which the meetings of deputy foreign ministers assumed a key role in that, on the one hand, the desired consensus was reached at this forum, and, on the other, issues on which there was no hope for a consensus, often did not make it to higher forums at all.
The flexible nature of the meetings of deputy foreign ministers was further enhanced by the fact that the participants attending this forum were often different, for there were 3 or 4 deputy ministers working at the ministries of foreign affairs of the member states.

 Shimon Peres
Shimon Peres — public servant, parliamentarian and the eighth Prime Minister of the State of Israel — was born in Vishniev, Belarus in 1923 and immigrated to Palestine with his family at the age of eleven.
While Minister of Defense, he revitalized and strengthened the Israel Defense Forces, and participated in the negotiations of the second interim agreement with Egypt.
Peres served as Minister of Regional Cooperation from July 1999 until March 2001, and in March 2001 was appointed Minister of Foreign Affairs and Deputy Prime Minister in the National Unity government headed by Ariel Sharon, serving until October 2002 when he resigned together with the other Labor ministers.

A legal basis for export control in Ukraine was initiated by the "act on foreign economic activity" adopted by the Verkhovna RDA in 1991.
The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, in coordination with appropriate standing commissions of the Verkhovna Rada, oversees the nomination of foreign economic policy executives and the regulation of related export and import activities.
Based on this presidential decree, the Cabinet of Ministers issued a decree establishing the Governmental Commission on Export Controls and the Export and Technical Committee of the Cabinet of Ministers, which is the executive body of the governmental commission.

Delors favors an alternative approach in which Community leaders would decide beforehand on a list of areas for common EC action, and foreign ministers would decide by majority on any specific steps to be taken.
The Dutch foreign minister, Hans van den Broek, told the Strasbourg assembly that the current text "is not a treaty that closes any doors," and that much negotiation remains before the Dec. 9-10 meeting in the Dutch city of Maastricht.

The EU Code of Conduct agreed by Foreign Ministers on 25 May 1998 is an important initiative in that it represents a first step towards the development of a common, responsible, approach to arms exports by the EU Member States.
Until this process is completed, national lists will form the basis of denial notification and consultation "incorporating where appropriate elements from relevant international lists".

Decision of the Council of Ministers No 30/94 of 27 May 1994 "On Limitations in Special International Trade" prohibits any trade in arms with states which are subject to the UN embargoes and authorises the Council of Ministers to list states which are subject to limitations in arms transfers.
Transfers are also prohibited or limited (subject to a case-by-case decision of the Council of Ministers) to countries which are subject to the EU restrictions or where it causes a threat to the national security or economic interests of Poland.
End-user certificate necessary for each exportation contract with a proper non-re-exportation clause to avoid risk of the commodities transfers to states-subjects to UN embargoes, EU restrictions or accused of supporting terrorism (as a minimum a ban on the re-export of commodities to the states which are subject to UN embargoes).
