 Industrial Engineers
Industrial engineers are everywhere, for the simple fact that just about every sort of business, manufacturing firm, and service can benefit from what they do: increase efficiency, productivity, and quality by inventing new processes and systems to keep everything running like clockwork.
As a result, industrial engineers are found in unexpected places: in a hospital, working out how to streamline an operating room; in an amusement park, figuring out how to move people on and off rides and in and out of restaurants more efficiently.
But industrial engineers are still in demand because manufacturing needs their skills to make factories more efficient and ensure that they remain competitive.
