International Schools also known as Foreign System Schools, are so called because they adopt the education system of their country of origin, hence enabling students to receive the same kind of education that they would receive back home.
Although these schools are registered with the MOE, they are allowed to follow the educational guidelines that are identical to those back in their home country.
However, some schools would only accept students who are of their own nationality and speak their language, while others require the students to be proficient in the English Language.
