Nehemiah Institute - Christian worldview testing and training program to families, schools and churches
The PEERS test consists of a series of statements carefully structured to identify a person's worldview in five categories: Politics, Economics, Education, Religion, and Social Issues (PEERS).
The value of PEERS testing is its ability to compare a student's worldview with that of their teachers or parents.
PEERS testing measures comprehension and application of biblical principles to worldview concepts such as free-enterprise, the role of civil government, family structure, private property, welfare policy and the responsibility of education.

Constitutional Matters - The Merit of Life Peers
Baroness Jay, the new Leader of the House of Lords, wanted life peers "to be stripped of their aristocratic titles".
It is possible for a peer to be born with the title which seats him in the House of Lords, but there is none such there at present.
Some peers, obviously, are born with the likelihood of inheriting their titles, but others who do inherit may be born with seemingly little chance of succeeding to a seat at Westminster, and arrive there through the misfortune of someone else.

Life peer - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia
Nowadays life peerages, always of baronial rank, are created under the Life Peerages Act 1958 and entitle the holders to seats in the House of Lords, presuming they meet qualifications such as age and citizenship.
Individuals may be created peers in various honours lists as rewards for achievement; these peers are not expected to be regular attendees of the House of Lords, but are at liberty to do so if they please.
Life peerages have been granted to Speakers of the House of Commons upon retirement; Speakers had previously been entitled by custom to an hereditary peerage as a viscount.

Asked how big the published list of peers was compared to the original list that was submitted, the Prime Minister's Spokesman (PMS) said that she was not going to get into details of the process.
The composition of the list was as it was shown, and she was not going to give a running commentary on any of the process in making up the list.
Asked if the number of Labour peers on this list was equal to the number of Labour peers presented to the earlier list, the PMS said that she thought that was the same question that had been asked earlier.

Peering also makes it possible to have list archives located in more than one place; for example, a list might be peered between a European host and a North American host, making it possible for subscribers on each continent to retrieve archives from the nearer host.
Lists dedicated to controversial subjects are more likely to become arenas for "flame wars" between subscribers with hard-held and differing opinions than those dedicated to the discussion of popular software packages, but this does not mean that the latter are immune any more than it means that the former are constantly plagued by flames.
Good list owner practice at this point is likely to be a good-natured reminder from you that flames belong in private mail, pointing out that new subscribers have no way of knowing that the particular questions they ask have been asked (and answered!) n random times before.

But while we spoke, it was obvious he wasn't happy; rather, he had been broken by his "worldly" lifestyle as well as his personal life crisis and he was living with an internal sense of guilt and shame.
When we consider the origins of life, God's existence is the most obvious answer to the intricate and amazing world in which we live.
He has lost the answers to life - life has become an unsolvable mystery to man. And he has marred the image of God in which he was originally created; the ugliness of broken human relationships is a vivid demonstration of this loss.
