She is listed in the articles: King of Ireland, English "Kings of France" and until yesterday List of monarchs of England.
I interpret a "monarch of the United Kingdom" to be a "monarch of England and a monarch of Scotland and a monarch of Wales and a monarch of (whichever bit of Ireland applies)".
List of monarchs of England is not as well formatted as this list, but I can see what you mean - it is duplicative to have two lists.
