The list that follows is an index to the lists of people for individual countries.
In some cases, several short lists from related countries are merged into a single list, while entries without links indicate entities that never had any people on their stamps.

Between 1932 and 1972 Aitutaki used the stamps of the Cook Islands.
From 1908 British Central Africa used the stamps of the Nyassaland Protectorate.

People tend to attribute any failing in a communist society to the government, but when famines occurred (and occur) in places like India, or when governments of capitalist countries oppose very strict rules upon the people (a la Singapore) people almost never attribute it to Capitalism.
But people still associate China, Cuba, and the USSR with Socialism because the idea of Marx was being put to practice; you need people in charge to make sure that it is being done so that's when the government took over abd basically told them what to keep or what to have.
Then people were starving because the food and items were scarced (government had a monopoly of food remember), some people wanted privatization or freedom in their country, but the Communist Party used force "in the name of the people" to supress the people they were supposed to serve.

The coat of arms shown on the flag was given to British Honduras on January 28, 1907.
Because of the close association of the flag with the PUP, public opinion was divided as to its suitability to act as a unifying symbol.

As people were able to trade stamps for money, perfin stamps became to be recognized as non-negotiable outside the mail room.
