		Interestingly enough, it is listed as a cat stamp, since the girl is carrying a cat across the street and there is no note of the "long dog" in the background.
		This lovely stamp on the left, was put out in 1997, but you will not find it in the reference books for Dachshunds because it is plainly listed as a Basset in the bottom left corner.
		The stamps can be used to mail letters from the island to the mainland, but are not of use outside of Scotland, nor can they be used to mail letters back to the island.
