 WFMU's Beware of the Blog: Using Google Earth to find famous film locations
The thin, long, diagonal patch of open grass (that runs from over to the left of the courts a bit, all the way down to almost the left bottom corner of this photo) is the open space where Hemmings quietly photographed Venessa Redgrave during her fatal rendezvous, and where Hemmings later returned to investigate.
The place where the car landed is at the top of the long-ish, dark rocky patch right in the inside center of the curved-in part of the cliff (the tide is higher here than when the scene was shot).
I have kind of a hidden place where I like to view the Universal backlot from when I visit LA (which is frequently) and for one, I can tell you that the house and motel have not been moved or rebuilt.

Obviously the whole of the Lake District is very photogenic and there are many many places to visit - listed here are a few of the easier areas to get to or places that i've photographed, i've generally not listed the towns.
Hardknott Pass, one of the two steepest passes in the Lake District, is the name of an old Roman road build 110 AD to link the coastal fort at Ravenglass with their garrisons at Ambleside and Kendal.
The North end of the lake is near the town of Coniston and has good access to the lake, with a car park, toilets and long flat beach type edge to the lake.

The BDA has long campaigned for an increase in the number of places to study dentistry in the UK and is pleased to see that its advice has been heeded.
As well as the 62 places at the new Peninsula Dental School, a joint bid from the Universities of Liverpool, Central Lancashire, Lancaster and St Martin's College for dental education in Cumbria and Lancashire will see the creation 32 graduate entry places.
A further six places have been awarded to the University of Leeds to establish an outreach centre in Hull.
