The so called "entertainment passes" issued with our booking, were just that, a pass to say you were resident and allowed into the entertainment complex nothing more, not, as the hype leads you to believe a pass for all the facilities available on site.
I wont bore you with the details of the problems with eating at any of the places available on the site or on the helpfulness of the staff (It says no personal insults!) The touring site chap was a grand fella however and most helpful, shame he was the ONLY one.
I feel sad to have felt the need to provide such a derogitory review but also feel that young families need to check thouroughly whats included in their so called holiday experience BEFORE booking.
