Although people come as much to meet friends and talk Powys as to listen to papers, they are technically what it is all about and cannot be ignored.
To attempt to summarise the content of all, or any of them, would be beyond my capability, and would, in one or two instances, reveal either a breakdown in communication on the one hand, or a lack of intellectual rigour on the other.
Of course, selected papers are published in The Powys Journal and it seems to be the case that what makes the greatest impact on delivery does not always provide the best read a year later.
