 | | Summary proceedings on maintenance may be heard by officials who have jurisdiction by virtue of the domicile of the respondent or the petitioner, at the choosing of the petitioner at the time of bringing the proceedings, domicile being understood to be the place where his or her dwelling is located. |
 | | With the exception of procedural decisions, the parties shall be notified of other decisions and, where so ordered, notice shall be served on any persons to whom the decision refers or who might suffer prejudice from it, in the opinion of the judge, even where the said persons are third parties. |
 | | Where the party concerned in these formalities allows one month to pass without complying with the obligation ordered by the court, his motion shall be set aside, there being no need for a decision to that effect; however, if such a decision is made, there shall be no appeal against it. |
