If the university permits the student to use the electronic version of the material outside of direct staff supervision, the disk or file shall be copy-protected or the college or university shall take other reasonable precautions to ensure that the student does not copy or distribute electronic versions of instructional materials.
The Electronic Copy is for use by a student who is registered at the university who has a disability that prevents him or her from using the print version of the Work.
Their response to a request for e-text was an email stating that they have forwarded the request to RFBandD, and also included a link to NetLibrary (link is http://www.netlibrary.com) as a resource to their electronic books.

 Piers Anthony's Internet Publishing
This publisher was accused of stiffing its writers on royalties, and as far as I know has not paid what it owes, but there is no inkling of that on its web site.
They will publish any book of 100 pages or more electronically, without editing; their only restriction is “incendiary prose.” They pay royalties of 75% of what they get for your book, 45 days after the end of the month.
One writer reported that the publisher's site was hacked at the end of 2003, causing it to be offline for over a month, which may have contributed to the confusion.
