A firearm is a kinetic energy weapon that fires either a single or multiple projectiles propelled at high velocity by the gases produced by action of the rapid confined burning of a propellant.
They are primarily defensive weapons, mainly because of the difficulty involved in moving and placing them, though light machine guns (such as the US military's M249 Squad Automatic Weapon) often are wielded by a single infantryman in a typical squad; they provide large volumes of fire typically used for suppression and cover.

GOSDEN SENATE TESTIMONY ON CHEMICAL WEAPONS THREAT
The list of the serious long term effects of these weapons is in itself evidence of the terrible effects these weapons.
These weapons can kill, maim and produce life-long damage on the populations they are used against and, if mutagenic and carcinogenic chemicals are deployed, can damage future generations, long after the immediate effects of the attack have appeared to recede.
Chemical weapons are designed more to injure than to kill, as has been demonstrated in conflicts that have involved the use of such weapons where mortality has been 3-5%.

 BIOLOGICAL WEAPONS: Malignant Biology
A "biological chemical weapon" is produced by cultivating an organism and extracting from it or its spent medium the toxic material.
The modern weapons of war like the atom bomb, supersonic airplanes, atomic submarines and aircraft carriers all are horrendously expensive, technologically complex and require a large and sophisticated industrial capacity as well as a host of highly skilled scientists and engineers to produce and maintain.
Such a weapon might be viewed in the same perspective as the "Neutron Bomb" which was discussed with great enthusiasm in some quarters (and maybe even built) in the days of the Cold War.

The issue is simply whether there has or has not been a violation of the oath; and whether the State will or will not do its job: Ensure that the 5 USC 3331 obligations are enforced.
The issue should not be a matter of "standing" (whereby Congress acts as another party against the Executive), but a matter of criminal law (whereby a prosecutor, Grand Jury, and We the People, and the State with FBI assistance) gather evidence and conduct a criminal inquiry.
