As you can see abbreviations for game titles are basically done by using the first letters of the name.
There are so many wargames, to list them all would make this FAQ much larger then it already is. Also there are 5 or 6 version of TOAW, but the CoW version has all other versions incorporated into it, so that's the one you'll want to purchase if you have no other version.
We would like to be invited to next years Overlord in Oxford and wonder if you could put us on your list.
