 North Dakota Docket Currency Standards For District Courts
Trial court docket currency standards are established to assist judicial leaders in determining the need of particular parts of the unified judicial system and to assist presiding judges and individual judges in management of their caseload.
Within 45 days of receiving the list of non-complying cases, the judge will make an annotation on the list indicating the status of each case which has not been disposed of and the date certain that a judgment, order, or next event aimed at expediting conclusion of the case will take place.
The state court administrator shall prepare a consolidated list of cases that do not comply with docket currency standards and provide the list to the chief justice and the presiding judge.

Scott Jensen's corruption case.
The state Supreme Court split 2-2 last year on whether charges should be dismissed because the prohibition on campaigning on state time is too vague.
Strohl, the former Senate majority leader, said in an interview it was "common practice" for legislators to make fund-raising calls from their Capitol offices.

Mullane, a retired US Air Force Colonel, completed 150 combat missions in Vietnam and was selected as a Mission Specialist in 1978 in the first group of Space Shuttle Astronauts.
