Trial court docket currency standards are established to assist judicial leaders in determining the need of particular parts of the unified judicial system and to assist presiding judges and individual judges in management of their caseload.
Within 45 days of receiving the list of non-complying cases, the judge will make an annotation on the list indicating the status of each case which has not been disposed of and the date certain that a judgment, order, or next event aimed at expediting conclusion of the case will take place.
The state court administrator shall prepare a consolidated list of cases that do not comply with docket currency standards and provide the list to the chief justice and the presiding judge.

VOC emission averaged an estimated 361 tons per day in 1990, compared to 256 tons per day in 1996.
Ozone levels along the Lake Michigan shoreline dropped up to 1.3 percent annually from 1980 through 1995, noticeably improving air quality in southeastern Wisconsin, a 1997 DNR study has found.
The study factored out reductions due to differences in weather conditions over the years.
