It is the duty of the State Directors and the President of each local member and Ad II organization to serve as a member of the District Board of Directors and to attend, if at all possible, all District Board meetings, the Annual Convention and Business Meeting, and the Leadership Conference.
State Directors are encouraged to seek the financial support of their local and/or other state clubs to cover expenses.

All of these are stated goals of the MLB owners, and my plan achieves them while respecting the historical continuity of both leagues, which cannot be said for the plan set forth by the curator.
Unlike the guys in your list, he was not a noted defensive player - my recollection as a far away Giant fan in those days was that he was adequate at best.
