	Code Interpretations - Department of State
		In that the Code states the general rule that all spaces are required to be accessible, and then proceeds to enumerate specific exceptions, it follows that toilet rooms for children's use are required to be accessible to persons with physical disabilities and usable by them, in conformance with RS 72.
		Section 902.6(b) states that "An approved pressure relief valve shall be provided on plumbing equipment used for heating or storing hot water." Since the instantaneous water heater is plumbing equipment that is used to heat water, an approved pressure relief valve is required to be installed on such equipment.
		The judge's bench is not one of the spaces or areas listed or described as excepted from the general rule nor is it permitted to be adaptable.
