		For those of you who don't know, Gundy is the head football coach of the Oklahoma State Cowboys who blasted a reporter earlier this week for questioning the toughness of his junior quarterback Bobby Reid.
		At long last, a coach stands up for his players instead of saying, "we didn't play well as a team," when everyone listening knows all of the blame for the loss can be put on one player's shoulders.

		I love coaching (I'm usually always out of breath after matches), and I guess my view is biased, but I think coaching adds an extra dimension to the game and brings the team closer together while providing GTV viewers with something other to gawk at than just some nice railing.
		A coach busy timing resources is just wasting his time doing stuff that players should be able to do on their own.
		It might be a strategical choice to have the coach give the timings to his players since he knows that they're not able to do it on their own.

		As to diving boards, I believe they are like start platforms for swimming competitions rather than diving boards....gee, I'll look when I drive by.
		I believe the low structure is a starter or coachs position as the pool is designed for swim competitions.
