The commission adopted requirements that licensees follow the same station ID rules for their DTV station as are applicable to the NTSC station.
Television stations in Arkansas, Louisiana and Mississippi must file their renewal applications, biennial ownership reports and EEO program reports on or before Feb. 1, 2005.
Those licensees that will not operate on their current digital channels will be required to serve 80 percent of the number of NTSC viewers specified as receiving service in the 1997 DTV Table of Allotments.

STATIONS: Commencing April 1, 2005, DTV television licensees and permitees must simulcast 100% of the video programming of their analog channel on their DTV channel.
STATIONS in DELAWARE, PENNSYLVANIA, and TEXAS must file a Biennial Ownership Report (Form 323 or 323-E) in 2005, including the appropriate filing fee, on the anniversary of the deadline for filing your station's license renewal application.
Stations are reminded to include FCC Form 396 (EEO) as part of the renewal application.
