A red dagger symbol seen in the coat of arms of the City of London and the Corporation of London is believed to represent the dagger of the Lord Mayor and thus celebrate the killing of Tyler.
However it is likely that the symbol actually represents the martyrdom of St Paul, London's patron saint.

Some years ago, I wondered if there were reliable lists of the names and dates of the Grand Priors of the various Langues of the Order of St. John of Jerusalem.
W.K.R. Bedford (1902), Appendix C, gives a complete list of all the Grand Priors and titular Grand Priors of England, as well as other dignitaries of the Order in Ireland and Scotland, with their approximate dates though emendations may be required based on more current research).
 Lists of names and dates by themselves, of course, are pretty dry things, giving none of the colour or personality of human lives nor the challenges faced by the individuals named nor by the Order to which they belonged.

Hildebrand Inge was made President, but not Prior, after the murder of Robert Hales.
He had previously been an attorney of the Priors since 1372 and was still alive in 1395 as on 30 July 1395 he was appointed the Prior’s attorney for 5 years.
Robert Multon was still alive in 1492 and is noted as preceptor of Mount St John in the lease books of that year, but appears to have died before 1494.
