In addition to a bird on the Orange River (see South Africa, below), at least three were seen on the River Zambezi at Katima Mamila and, on the Okavango River, one at Bagani, six at Popa Falls and four daily at Ngepi.
Around this town, a male was seen in the Zambezi Lodge campsite and two females in riverine forest alongside the road towards the Zambian border.
